Any claim orcause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commencedwithin one (1) year after the claim arises. If any provision of this Agreementis deemed void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, thatprovision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions ofthis Agreement will remain in force. This Agreement constitutes the entireagreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Site, and theAgreement will not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
